Our take
I've been using the LifeOG adjustable dumbbells for a few weeks, and they're a great space-saver. The 5-in-1 adjustment is convenient—just a twist to change weight. The silicone handles feel good and don't get slippery. However, the 50 lb total limit might be too light for lower body exercises. The build seems solid, but the plastic weight plates don't feel as durable as metal. For home arm workouts, these are perfect, but don't expect heavy-duty performance.
